Bandung Getaway

July 11, 2011

Went to Bandung for a family getaway. We visited the Trans Studio and also paid a visit to one my good friend's house. It was a short trip but it was a great one; it's been a while since our family travel somewhere together. Hopefully the next time we 'get away', we'll go somewhere further. Somewhere overseas maybe? Haha. Notice most of the photos are bizarrely blurry. Sorry about that, but the only photos that I took was the last 4. The rest was taken by either my uncle, my mother or my father... Haha. Blurry or not, it's still a memory nonetheless.

  1. Been there too !!!! OMG, seriously I can't forgot all the good memories spent at Trans Studio with my friends. I've tried all the games and the best is Giant Swing ! We screaming like crazy ! Its AWESOME ! And the Yamaha Racing Coaster is funny ! Too short but still make me dizzy ! I'm gonna pay another visit there by the end of this year with my family and will play once again all the games ! Yeeeepppiiiiieeee !!!!!

  3. Trans Studio was amazing! I went there a couple month after opening. Luckily,I went on weekday. so it wasn't crowded then I could try all of games for multiple times :p My fav is Giant Swing and Negeri Raksasa. I tried it bout 4 times. But,The craziest is Yamaha Racing Coaster! my stomach's like twisted! LOL
A bit different from you,I went only with my Daddy, accompanied him for a business in Trans Studio. Though it was fantastic been there,I played alone. Not really lonely, coz I acquainted with a girl who ask me to play together. and they all rock! Overall,my one-day trip to Bandung was great :D

btw,I looked around ur blog and it seems U like traveling, rite? So do I!! I hope someday,I could travel overseas too.. specially, the Ginseng country \m/^_^

  4. I've been visited TSB once.
The Giant Swing is sooo crazy. Hahaha.
My uncle promise me some cash if I could play Giant Swing twice. But when we finish our first swing. My uncle said to me "Don't play that again ! Too dangerous ! We should try another one !" with a helplessly panic face, lol. I enjoy TSB so much XD

  5. The first sentence that comes to my mind when I see this is "Hey, I live in Bandung!" Yeah, I've been living here for the past few years.. And I must say, Bandung is way more crowded on weekends and holidays because of Trans Studio.. Gotta hate the traffic jam.. >_<# Seeing these pictures makes me want to go there again! Even though I didn't play much.. Hehehe~ But Giant Swing is great.. Even though I felt like I'm going to throw up afterwards.. >.< Andddd, salute for having the guts to ride Yamaha Racing Coaster (Is this the name of the roller coaster ride? I forgot.. >.<).. Because I can never ride another roller coaster after I watched Final Destination.. LOL OTL
